INTERNATIONAL WRESTLING CARTEL

January 19th, 2006
The time is now.

Friday night is truly a new beginning for IWC.

This will be the debut show at the Court Time Sports Center in Elizabeth, PA.

I'd like to make a prediction right now with the utmost confidence- Shirley Doe's reign of terror will be ended by AJ Styles!!!

The big question here is, what will become of the IWC championship in the meantime? Will AJ make more than his scheduled amount of appearances for the company this year? Will he defend the title in other promotions against non-IWC talent? Will there not be another IWC World title match until AJ faces Christian Cage at No Excuses 2 in August? Lots of questions, but first things first. Doe and AJ meet in a Street Fight, where both Dennis Gregory and Dean Radford will be stationed in the aisle to keep Doe in, and his cohorts HENTAI and Sebastian Dark out. I think I speak for the entire IWC locker room when I say good riddance to your title reign, Shirley Doe.

The Gambinos will make their second defense of the tag team titles against Dean Radford and Sterling James Keenan. The champs are really beginning to branch out, as they will be competing in two tag tournaments for other companies over the next few months. Both men are still extremely hungry, and they will need to be Friday night. Keenan and Radford have a storied past, but if they want to regain championship gold in the IWC, they will have to act as a team to accomplish their goal. Things didn't exactly go well for them at International Incident, but this time, without being blinded by hatred for their opponents, they may just break through this time.

Whoa-oa-A-byss!!! The TNA star makes his debut for IWC against Sebastian Dark. The newest regular in the company could gain favor with the entire roster and fanbase with what promises to be a complete destruction of Dark. However, we can't discount Dark's talents. He can take a beating, and can dish one out as well. He better be able to take a beating, because he surely will against Abyss.

Dennis Gregory is angry. Since his return to IWC after fighting for our country in Iraq, he'd had two disqualification wins, and was on the losing side of an eight-man tag. He is angry, and he will take out his anger on HENTAI. It's about time, too. HENTAI was another one that stabbed us all in the back, and Gregory's definitely the one to teach him a lesson. Man, what a bad night this will be for the Unholy Alliance!!!

In the Super Indy title match, it will also be a new beginning. Troy Lords will walk away as champion, with a win over "Fabulous" John McChesney. I KNOW it is his time. Deep down, I believe so does he. McChesney has defeated them all. He was mine (and the fans') choice of 2005's Wrestler of the Year. I predict Lords will walk away with the title, and then go on to win the Super Indy tournament to keep his gold.

Speaking of Super Indy, in a SI V qualifier, Glenn Spectre takes on Shiima Xion. I predict that whomever wins this match will go to the finals against Lords in this year's tournament. Problem is, they are so evenly matched, it's hard to pick a winner. Xion does have Chris Maverick in his corner, and Glenn thinks Shiima is... um, very attractive. This may distract him from the task at hand of going for the win. Either way, this should be an incredible contest.

Larry Sweeney and Jason Gory are being called two of the best young talents in wrestling today. Their matches have been action-packed, and quite the inviting event to others. If Gory can get a one-on-one shot against the current ICW/ICWA Tex-Arkana Television Champion, he will be the new champion. For how long? Well, that depends on how observant he is of those around him.

J-Rocc needs to be silenced. Jon Bolen wants to be the one to do it. As hated as J-Rocc is by the IWC fans, he has proven everywhere he's been just how talented he is. He has even taken on NWA World Champion Jeff Jarrett in TNA. Bolen has also competed for TNA. A future star no doubt, a win over a veteran such as J-Rocc would be a great springboard for him.

I'll see you all on Friday. Come up and say hello!
