INTERNATIONAL WRESTLING CARTEL

May 25th, 2006

I don't hate IWC. Honest.

However, I have little respect for Norm Connors.

You have to commend him on being as successful as he has for as long as he has. Problem is, he steps on people along the way.

Three times in six months, I have had my decisions questioned, and attempted to be overturned. It happened in November, March, and May. It just so happens that those matches all involved one Shirley Doe.

How dare you Norm? How dare you use me as a pawn in your war? God forbid I don't do what you want me to. If I don't, then you make me pay.

Let's take a look at the things Norm has done to me over the past six months:

-Had my decision in a November 2005 IWC heavyweight title match between champion Shirley Doe and Dennis Gregory overturned.

-Overturned my decision in another Shirley Doe title defense in March 2006. When I stood up for myself in this situation...

-Went to the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission in an attempt to have my referee license revoked.

-Threatened privately to pull my column from this website if I didn't stop criticizing him and his staff.

-Encouraged friends of his to "try to make me quit" IWC, knowing full well that I would never walk away voluntarily, and that he was powerless to remove me from my officiating position.

-Two weeks ago, my column was "mysteriously" not posted on the website. Seeing as how I have single-handedly saved this guest-column concept on the site, I should be praised, not pushed to the side.

-(Was this next one Norm's doing? Most likely...) CJ Sensation interjected himself into TWO consecutive matches that I was the assigned referee for. At one point, Sensation also shoved me to the mat.

-Stated that he would "deal with me" in the near future.

Well, here we are, nearly two weeks removed from "Hell Hath No Fury 2," and I am still on this website, and I still will be appearing at all upcoming scheduled IWC shows.

I hate to bring these issues to light, but I still do not see how I am considered in the wrong for any actions I may have taken lately.

Put yourself in my position.

I'm not really a bad guy. Trust me.

Trust me.

-Steven Colter
