![]() September 7th, 2006 Karma can be a funny thing. Glenn Spectre was recently dealt a dose of karma. From the IWC website on Sunday night: "IWCwrestling.com just received word that Glenn Spectre has injured his leg. He is scheduled for emergency surgery this Tuesday, and will be unable to compete on September 16th at IWC Boiling Point 2. As you may know, Spectre was scheduled to compete in the IWC World Heavyweight Title Tournament at Court Time Sports Center in Elizabeth, PA. Spectre is now out of the tournament and will be replaced. We will update you on this situation as we get more information." At No Excuses 2, Spectre decided that he would involve himself in affairs that had nothing to do with him. He actually had the audacity to lay out a warning to the Unholy Alliance, all the while I was in the ring standing mere feet from him. What followed was a beating that I'm sure Glenn will never forget. Not only did Spectre eat a pin from Vendetta, he also was beaten to a pulp by Shirley Doe, HENTAI, Sebastian Dark, and Dean Radford. I warned you several weeks ago, Glenn. I told you to keep your nose out of the Alliance's business. You stood up for a cause, and now you're paying the price. The fates decided to put an end to your pro-IWC crusade before you even had the chance to get the ball rolling. I'm not usually one to say I told you so, but... I told you so! Now, here we are, nine days away from crowning a new IWC heavyweight champion. The question everyone is wondering is who will be named the eighth man. Well, the choice is obvious. Dean Radford should be the last entrant. It has to be either him or Sebastian Dark, but Dark will be taking one night to destroy the legacy, and more importantly the future, of CJ Sensation. Sure, Dean is scheduled to face Jason Cage next Saturday night, but I think that match should be postponed. It's only fair that Norm Connors grants Radford the final slot. So now the question is, will Norm do what is right and fair, or will he continue to wield his power for wrongdoing? I urge all of my readers to contact Norm, whether by IM, e-mail, phone, written word, or in person. Tell him that you want to see Dean Radford giving the chance to regain the IWC heavyweight championship in the title tournament. Sincerely yours, |
