I begin, I would like to address something. When I sat down to write my
column last week, I kept typing, then erasing. Typing, then erasing.
The only thing I had on my mind was Eddy Guerrero. No words I could say
would do him justice. Instead of doing a column, I simply had nothing.
God bless Guerrero and his whole family.
On a personal note, I had two friends of mine experience tragedy recently. These things, along with the Guerrero death, along with a lot of other things lately, have really made me do some thinking. This Thanksgiving, don't look at the holiday as simply a time to eat a lot of food and watch football. Use it for its intended purpose- give thanks for all you have. As bad as things may appear, we are all a lot more fortunate than a lot of others. Please, just remember that.) Bullet-point column!!! -King Kong Bundy... Bolen... Sandman. What a weird team. What a successful team. -Regardless of the outcome of the main event in Uniontown, you can't argue with the success of Shirley Doe, HENTAI, and Sebastian Dark. The world title is safe in their grasp still. -Kudos to Chuck Roberts for doing what we all wish we could do, and that is walk out on Doe. If you didn't see Ignition two weeks ago, then shame on you. -Jason Gory and Jason Cage. Before long, that will be a main event match. Trust me. -I can watch Shiima Xion and Troy Lords wrestle anytime. These two definitely bring out the best in each other. -Sorry, Sterling Keenan, but regardless of your attitude, deep down the fans love you. Talent reigns supreme. -The Mavrosexual is so multitalented. Managing, wrestling, writing... a modern-day Renaissance man. -Dennis Gregory returns this Sunday. If you are in the crowd, join the locker room and give that man a much-deserved standing ovation when he hits the curtain. -Colt Cabana also returns this weekend. Colt... Colter... what will happen?? -What the hell happened during the eight-man tag Sunday in Newville?? Even now, I am at a loss for words. GET TAPE NOW. -And yes, I still hurt. At least the guilty parties didn't hit a man with glasses... Happy Turkey Day!!! -Steven Colter { - RETURN TO THE MAIN PAGE - } |
