INTERNATIONAL WRESTLING CARTEL

INTRODUCING...
SHIIMA XION

Conducted by Joe Dombrowski
IWC Color Commentator / Media Correspondent

From the driving force of dedication to the blinding effects of conceit. While Jason Gory worked for months to become a success, his counterpart was already a success in another field, and has the ego to prove it. The arduous schedule of an IWC trainee has had no affect on Shiima Xion, who is still as convinced as ever that his career will be a successful one. Now, finally able to escape from the mediocrity of the security force and have the spotlight all for himself, we're just days away from seeing Shiima Xion the way he has meant for us to see him since day one.

Days before his debut I caught up with Shiima for a very unique conversation.

Q: Shiima Xion, we're days away from your official IWC in-ring debut November 6 at Steel Valley High School. What's going through your mind as we fast approach this important date?

A: Well Joseph, there's a lot of things on my mind. I mean, I have yet to decide what pants I should wear. Also, I don't know whether to wear a cowboy hat, a top hat, or no hat at all. So I'm a little frustrated to say the least. Oh well, no matter what I wear...I know I'll look swank!

Q: Well, it's been a grueling road getting here, as you spent many months fine-tuning your skills at IWC's Coalition of Competition. Reflect back on some of your memories of training.

A:  I've been going to the COC since June of 2003, so there's a lot of memories that stand out in my mind. The two COC Open Houses rocked like gravel. I'll never forget the seminars from New Jack and Chris Hero either. The COC is where I got my start...so I'll never forget that place. I've had a great time training there, and I wouldn't trade any of the friends and memories for anything...not even for a new pair of Gucci sunglasses.

Q: You've spent many months paying your dues as a member of IWC Security. Any memorable moment from that job that stands out to you?

A: Doing security was always interesting. I'll always remember all the hard work that came with loading and unloading the ring..it was rough on all of us, but it didn't matter if we were still unloading at 3 AM, we were paying our dues. Another moment that stands out was being a lumberjack for Shirley Doe vs. Sebastian Dark on 1/31/04. I think every member of security besides me was clocked with a chair. This obviously shows who the smartest member of IWC security was. I'd never let a chair come anywhere near my face...I bruise easily anyway.

Q: We have learned in recent times that you indeed have a modeling career as well. How long have you been in that field and what led you to try your hand at professional wrestling?

A: I began modeling in Manila, Philippines at age 12, and have since traveled all over the world for it. Pro wrestling sparked my interest back in 2002. I was in Mexico for a photo shoot and caught Lucha Libre on TV in my hotel room. I was instantly hooked from the moment I saw that mini Chucky, and enrolled at the IWC Coalition of Competion shortly after.

Q: What would you call some of your modeling career highlights thus far?

A: Meeting Paris Hilton in Los Angeles was a big moment for me...she's a total Shiimark. Other than that, there's a handful of other memories I could share with you...but perhaps I'll save them for a rainy day.

Q: I have to say, I'm a little taken aback by this sudden transformation. What happened to the normal down-to-earth Shiima we've seen at live events for the past several months?

A: Joseph, I've always been this way, anybody could tell you that! I've just sat back at these IWC shows for the last year, scouting the talent...studying their moves, weaknesses, and wrestling gear. I've patiently waited for my chance to shine, and now that it is finally here, I'll be damned if anyone will darken my shine...especially that abortion gone wrong Jason Gory.

Q: That's an atrocious thing to say, but in any event, I understand that when you make your debut, you won't be walking down the aisle alone. Tell us about who will be accompanying you and your association with each other.

A: Well, I wasn't planning on this topic being brought up, but since you asked...I will be lead to the ring on November 6th by a man almost as fashionable as yours truly...the "MAVrosexual" Chris Maverick! You've all seen Mav at ringside, taking pictures during IWC shows. What all of my Shiimarks do not know, however, is that Chris Maverick is also my personal photographer, manager, and heterosexual life partner. Mav is at my side to make sure that my match is called right down the middle, and he is also there to take pictures of me...obviously.

Q: Those with a keen eye may have also noticed a tattoo you have in a rather unorthodox location. Tell us all about this tattoo and what it symblolizes?

A: Dombrowski, I can see that you're giddy now, and want to hear all about my tattoo...but I'm sorry, you must be a part of "The 600 Club" to get up close and personal with my "Poison Heart"...and unfortunately for you, Joseph, "The 600 Club" is only open to females at this time.

Q: I see...very well then, switching gears, what are your future goals here in IWC?

A: I have many goals I would like to accomplish in IWC. Shiima Xion wants to go straight to the top. I want to be in the Super Indy tournament. That's my top goal, because I know if I am chosen for it...that I would totally win. That's for damn sure.

Q: Do you have a message for your opponent Jason Gory?

A: Jason Gory, you are an extremely talented young athlete...but let's face it little bugger, you cannot pin Shiima Xion clean. You can fly around that ring all you want...but the moment I hit From Lust to Dust and drop you right on your head will also be the same moment that your wrestling career ends, only minutes after it started. Bummer.

Q: I know you have a busy schedule ahead of you, as always, we thank you for taking the time to talk to us, any final words?

A: Yes, thanks to everyone from Paris Hilton to Chris Maverick for their support...and I will see you all on November 6th at Steel Valley High School...if you have a hot mom, hot sister, hot girlfriend...bring them all, because "The 600 Club" is always looking for new members. Thanks for the time, Joseph.
