SIGNED! March 9th, 2010  Ray Rowe could not wait. He was set to get a shot at IWC World Heavyweight Champion "DeeeeeLicious" Jimmy DeMarco at Super Indy IX on May 8th, but he could not wait that long. So while Jimmy DeMarco was discussing his match with J-Rocc after Clearfield Cataclysm 2 with Joe Dombrowski, he was confronted by Rowe, demanding his title shot sooner than May 8th. When security and IWC owner Chuck Roberts got involved, Rowe got physical, shoving Roberts and drawing the ire of the boss. As a result, Rowe is barred from appearing at Night of Legends 2010, but he will get his title shot a month earlier. At CCAC South Campus Gym in West Mifflin, PA, "The Baddest Man in IWC" Ray Rowe will face "DeeeeeLicious" Jimmy DeMarco for the IWC World Heavyweight Title! These two men have never gotten along. From Ray's time in the original incarnation of the Cleveland Mafia, he has always had his problems with Jimmy DeMarco, and vice versa. But, this past August, Rowe turned from annoyed passer-by to bounty hunter. Shiima Xion put a bounty on DeMarco's head, and Rowe attempted to collect by sending DeMarco to the hospital after the medical staff at IWC refused to allow DeMarco to continue his match against ROwe. The would-be alliance between Xion and the Cleveland Mafia led to Rowe getting a pinfall victory over DeMarco at A Call To Arms 2009 weekend, the night before DeMarco pinned Xion to win the IWC Championship. With that victory, Rowe earned himself a shot at the new champion. When it all comes to a head on April 17th, who will come out on top? Will "The Baddest Man in IWC" recapture the IWC Championship he obsesses over? Or will the "Prime Minister of Perversion" continue his title reign?
