![]() JULY 25, 2005 IWC IN THE NEWS Did any of you see the huge article on Matt Hardy and the IWC in this weekend's Pittsburgh Post Gazette? Here is the online version: http://www.post-gazette.com/pg TV TIME WOES We're currently working on a set timeslot for the TV program. We'd like to take this time to apologize to our fans who have seen it jump all over the clock on Saturday nights. As soon as this situation is rectified, you'll be the first to know. WELCOME KUDO DDT Japan star KUDO will make his IWC debut this Friday. If any of you have seen the recent Differ Arake Junior Cup from a few weeks ago, you¹ll know that KUDO is tough as hell (the slaps he takes from KENTA in that match are just insane). He¹ll be with us for the August 13, 26, and September 24 shows before he heads back to Japan in October. IWC has had a great history of sharing our ring with Japanese wrestlers, including IWC International champion Soldier, Onryu, Iduko Hidaka, Minoru Fujita, and now KUDO and Sumie Sakai. NO EXCUSES THIS FRIDAY Most importantly of all, this Friday will be one of our biggest shows ever. Matt Hardy vs. AJ Styles is a match that IWC fans have been waiting for ever since we announced it. And it¹s a short time away! Remember, get there early, because good seats and parking are at a premium. NEW COLUMNS START This week, all five of our columns will begin. Voice your thoughts on IWC¹s message board. If you think you have what it takes to write a column, post a sample of your writing on there. Who knows, maybe you can join our online team! RADFORD/HENTAI/DARK RIVALRY HEATS UP Frustrated by their heckling of him backstage at our last show, Dean Radford tried to take on both of members of "The Unholy Alliance" of Sebastian Dark and HENTAI. Keep an eye on this, fans, as this is a war that could explode at any time. GARRETT DEMANDS ATTENTION Speaking of frustration, its been several weeks since Jake Garrett attacked IWC champion Shirley Doe in Uniontown. This reporter has been told by several sources that Jake is unhappy at his #6 ranking and will do anything he can to advance himself into title contention. We¹ll try and get an interview with him for this column for next week to shed some light on this breaking story. That¹s all our news for now, fans. Please stay tuned to IWCwrestling.com for breaking stories as we head into No Excuses, this Friday, July 29, at the Monroeville Sports Center. { - RETURN TO THE MAIN PAGE - } |
